Rules of Serenity

1. Chill as hard as you can when it is time to chill.
You can not have serenity without chillin really hard.
2. Respect other peoples right to chill
Other people need to chill too, and if you don’t let them do that that is not cool, or respectful.
3. Don’t kill people.
Killing people is so not chill.
4. Don’t steal from people.
If you steal thins from people, then your not chilling, and then those people wont chill. Plus you break rules 1 and 2.
5. Do your job.
Everybody has to do their part to make this society function. You cant just chill mad hard for free, you must contribute to the betterment and functionality of Serenity.
6. Don’t sell drugs illegally.
The government sells drugs, you don’t need to. Don’t take money away from the government for your own benefit.
7. Be nice to everybody.
Being mean is not chill, it is also a buzz kill.
8. The High Council is the ultimate power, and what they say is law.
They are the controlling body, they make sure tranquility is maintained.
9. If you make a mess, clean it up.
Self explanatory.
10. Fallow all the rules.
